For pictures with the 3 bolts in a row:
main fabric (shown as the bottom fabric although it can be swapped for the lining fabric)
lining fabric (shown as middle fabric although it can be swapped for the lining fabric)
coordinating fabric (shown as top fabric)
For pictures with one bolt on top of the other two.
main and lining fabric (interchangeable) are the two bolts next to each other
coordinating fabric is the fabric on top of the main and lining.
